Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (including tracking number). Upon receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be reported via our customer service.

I received a defective item:

If you received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

Your order number
Which item is damaged
A description
Photographic evidence

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot offer a refund, credit note or replacement without proof from a member of our support team.

I received the wrong item:

If you accidentally received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide us with the following information:

Your order number
The name of the item you did not receive
The name of the item you received
A photo of the item you received

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items directly with us. If you would like to exchange, we recommend that you return the item and reorder the desired item.

For defective products:

If the product is defective, damaged during transport or otherwise defective, there are no return shipping costs. In this case, we will send you a new item without defects.

If I want to return the item(s):

If you purchased the wrong product, the product does not fit or you no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and is responsible for proof of return. Download the delivery note here.

Cancellation policy

Please note that orders placed with us cannot be cancelled, as they are automatically processed and prepared for shipment around the clock. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can of course return them after receipt.
